  • Rufus Lincoln - DO NOT BUY THIS SCANNER

I recently purchased a Neatdesk scanner and have had nothing but problems with it. Specifically, the scanner is only scanning the left 2/3 of my documents. There is absolutely no telephone customer service whatsoever and I have sent four emails to their supposed 'tech support', only to have them reply with automated suggestions that had nothing to do with my problem (or that even acknowledged that my emails were even read by an actual person). I have also asked them in my past 3 emails to honor their warranty and give me a properly working scanner - which they have ignored in their generic replies to me. As of now, I have had to dispute this charge with my credit card company and am awaiting a response. In the meantime, I wanted to give all of you advance warning not to do business with this company. They are terrible.

  • Peter Schau - Still a solid product after all these years

I've used the Street Atlas products for 15+ years and they continue to be the excellent resource I depend upon them to be. I recently purchased the 2014 version to replace the 2009 addition and like it just the same. I still haven't had a chance to fully learn all the in's and out's of the new version, but did notice that the distance tool is now tied to the draw function. I would have preferred it if they would have left it as a separate option on the tool bar as they did with the previous versions.

  • Nicole - Anti-Snore Magical Relationship Savers

Since no one actually buys snore strips for their own personal satisfaction, this review comes from the perspective of a previously-sleep-deprived live-in girlfriend. These things stop snoring second only to grabbing the ManFriend's nose until he can't breathe and wakes up. Unlike that "best" option, these do not start arguments in the middle of the night on why "any sane person" would grab someone's nose. They restore my peaceful slumber, resolve arguments before they've even begun, and, because I get better sleep, I look better, too. Talk about an all-around relationship saver!!

  • JLFergerberger - POS Sufferers need to follow this book

I read and followed this book and in a matter of less than 2 months my triglycerides went from 252 to 123!!! For those of you who don't know what that means....It's REALLY good!! Your Cholesterol can be fine but you can still have high triglycerides and that means trouble, it basically means you have too much fat in your blood. I maybe lost 16 pounds within a month's time but those numbers were what impressed me most. It is a sensible and easy concept to follow, nothing radical here just common sense and eating the right things the right way. They make it easy to understand so it was an easy read and it got right to the point. I particularly liked how they used real people cenarios to kind of get you to feel like "that's me", I really liked this book.

  • Terry Hill - An excellent film which is thematically engaging

An excellent film which is thematically engaging, poorly edited and overwhelmingly entertaining. An excellent and potent follow on to the 1996 original film with great casting and cinematography that is poorly edited and seemingly rushed to production. Clearly this film was built upon the historic recreation of characters 20 years later, but the introduction and development of new characters is sorely lacking,

  • yella33 - Screen pixels broke underneath the glass in less than a month. Glass perfect. WTH???!!!

I am so mad right now. Our brand new LeapPad, bought for Christmas, is now broken in less than 30 days, and they claim they don't cover screen issues under warranty. We have had it in a case since we bought it, and it wasn't dropped or subjected to liquid. My son played with it in the morning, and when my daughter turned it on in the afternoon there were messed up pixels covering most of the screen. The glass is perfect. Customer service (via email), says it's a cracked screen underneath, and they won't repair it. How the he!! did my kids "crack" the screen underneath??? Isn't this a product MADE FOR KIDS?? We don't take it anywhere... it is usually played with on the couch. We've owned an iPad for three years, which the kids play with, and that screen has never broken!!! We are not a rough family. This thing just couldn't handle the finger touching of a kindergartner???? I am furious, because not only did we spend money on the pad, but also headphones, a case, and a handful of games. Thanks a lot, LeapFrog.
