The hotel and restaurant selections are good for a variety of budgets. I have used these guides for years along with information I get online.

I definitely saw results after the first 3 uses. I like how everything comes together in a tidy little box and there is plenty of whitening gel to last for a while. My only complaint would be that it doesn't come with a shade chart so do you can accurately track your whitening progress. Otherwise, great product!
