Rather expensive, but good for my joints which are getting old. I take 1/8 teaspoon of this powder in a milkshake most days. It helps, but I also use Glucosamin-Chondroitin with MSM, both cream and tablets, for rotator shoulder cup and a weak knee joint.

I can say I used this years ago, warning. If you are a plumber or pipefitter do NOT use this on cutter wheels for a tool that you cut pipe with and then solder. I ended up having a blowout because of this crap in a 2 million dollar apartment. It has a really high temp rating. So if this gets on your pipe you might as well start over by cutting the joint or coupler out or look for a new job ;)

This makes a perfect gift for smaller kids. My son loved the idea of getting up in the morning and having a small lego gift every date waiting for him. It was fun and it was great to see his eyes happy and to watch him build his Lego item of the day. The price could have been lowered, but kids keep Lego's forever.
